HFACS, Inc. - The Global Standard in Human Factors Analysis

HFACS, Inc. is a U.S. based company that offers specialized human factors training and services. Our goal is to help companies improve human performance and safety among their workforce using the scientifically validated Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS).

Drs. Doug Wiegmann and Scott Shappell are co-developers of this system and are in fact founding partners of HFACS, Inc. Hence, no one else offers equitable expertise in applying HFACS in industry.
